Roadworks continue on Main Road between Quarry Point and Bellevue. This project is estimated to last until the end of June.

Residents and visitors to Hudson are strongly advised to avoid the construction zone on Main Road between Quarry Point and Bellevue next week.

Paving of Main Road between Quarry Point and Léger

  • Monday, June 5 and Tuesday, June 6
    • Preparation of the surface for paving.  Alternate lane closures on Main Road between Quarry Point and Léger.
  • Wednesday, June 7
    • The final stage of preparation of the road surface.  Closure of Main Road between Quarry Point and Léger – local traffic only.
  • Thursday, June 8 and Friday, June 9
    • Paving of final layer. FULL CLOSURE of Main Road between Quarry Point and Léger. 

Paving of Main Road between Bellevue and Parsons

  • Monday, June 5 and Tuesday, June 6
    • Levelling of the road surface. FULL CLOSURE of Main Road between Bellevue and Parsons. 
  • Wednesday, June 7
    • Paving of road surface. FULL CLOSURE of Main Road between Bellevue and Parsons. 
  • Thursday, June 8 and Friday, June 9
    • Finishing: FULL CLOSURE of Main Road between Bellevue and Parsons.

Lane markings

Depending on weather conditions over the next few days, it is possible that marking work will begin towards the end of the week. No street closures are planned.
