What better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day than by starting with a relaxing yoga session with loved ones and friends.  Grannies Aid for Africa, Hudson are hosting a morning of regenerative yoga with Maureen Young, followed by a light breakfast consisting of delicious home baked goodies.  Begin this weekend with peace, compassion and love in your hearts!

Grannies Aid for Africa, Hudson has been working for 15+ years to raise funds for the Stephen Lewis Foundation’s Grandmothers to Grandmothers Campaign. The Stephen Lewis Foundation‘s community-led partners are building a future free from AIDS by providing care and support to women, children orphaned by AIDS, grandmothers, LGBTIQ communities and people living with HIV and AIDS.
