20 May Public Notice – Request for a minor exemption

The Hudson Town Council, at a meeting to be held at the Community Centre, 394 Main Road on Monday, June 6th, 2022 at 7:30 pm, will rule on a request for a minor exemption for the property located at 840 Main and known as lot 1 831 675 of the Quebec Cadastre, for the following purposes:
- Authorizing a shed in the front yard, at a distance of 102 meters from the front property line, instead of the side or rear yard as prescribed by section 801 of the Town of Hudson’s Zoning By-Law No 526 and indicated in Table 7 entitled “Siting and height standards for residential accessory Buildings”;
Any interested person may be heard by the Town Council members with regards to this request at the Council meeting of June 6th, 2022.
