REQUEST FOR A MINOR EXEMPTION FROM ARTICLE 1405 AND 1406 OF ZONING BY-LAW No 526
Proposed lots 6 258 456 to 6 258 460, Reid Street
The Hudson Town Council, at a meeting to be held at the Community Centre, 394 Main Road on Tuesday, July 3rd, 2018 at 7:30 pm, will rule on a request for a minor exemption for a construction project located on Reid Street and known as proposed lots 6 258 456 to 6 258 460 of the Quebec Cadastre, for the following purposes:
– Authorizing a side setback of 3,80 meters rather than 5 meters on proposed lots 6 258 456 and 6 258 460, as prescribed by article 1405 of the Town of Hudson’s Zoning By-Law No 526 and indicated in the uses and standards table for zone R-59;
– Authorizing a maximum occupational percentage of 44% rather than 40% on proposed lots 6 258 457 to 6 258 459, as prescribed by article 1406 of the Town of Hudson’s Zoning By-Law No 526 and indicated in the uses and standards table for zone R-59;

Any interested person may be heard before the Town Council members with regards to this request at the Council meeting of July 3rd, 2018.
