On April 3rd, 2018, the Council of the Town of Hudson adopted the following by-law:
- BY-LAW 706-2018 TO PROVIDE FOR A LOAN IN THE AMOUNT OF $85,000 AND AN EXPENDITURE OF $85,000 FOR THE HUDSON’S VALLEYS DRINKING WATER PRODUCTION SYSTEM
The “Ministère des Affaires municipales et de l’Occupation du territoire (MAMOT)” has issued its approval as required by Law on June 21st, 2018 (AM 291938). This date indicates the coming into force of By-Law 706-2018.
This by-law may be reviewed at the Town Hall, 481 Main, Hudson, during working hours which are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., from Monday to Thursday and from 8:00 am to 12:00 (noon) on Fridays.
