Public Notice – Publication and notice of issuance of a certificate of conformity of by-laws 525.1-2018, 527.1-2018 et 701-2018

On April 3rd, 2018, the Council of the Town of Hudson adopted the following by-laws:

  • BY-LAW 525.1-2018 TO AMEND THE PLANNING PROGRAM BY-LAW NO 525 TO IDENTIFY AREAS AT RISK OF LANDSLIDES
  • BY-LAW 527.1-2018 TO AMEND BY-LAW 527 CONCERNING SUBDIVISION
  • BY-LAW 701-2018 TO FURTHER AMEND BY-LAW 526 CONCERNING ZONING IN ORDER TO PROHIBIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MAIN BUILDING IN THE LOW-VELOCITY ZONE 20-100 YEAR OF FLOOD PLAINS

The Regional County Municipality of Vaudreuil- Soulanges (RCM) has issued the certificate of conformity as required by Law on May 10th, 2018 (H 2018-01). This date indicates the coming into force of By-Laws 525.1-2018, 527.1-2018 and 701-2018.

These by-laws may be reviewed at the Town Hall, 481 Main, Hudson, during working hours which are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., from Monday to Thursday and from 8:00 am to 12:00 (noon) on Fridays.
