PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given of the following:

At the regular meeting of the Council of the Town of Hudson held at the Stephen F. Shaar Community Centre, on August 1^st, 2022, the following by-law was presented and approved;

• BY-LAW 755-2022: Loan by-law 755-2022 authorizing a loan of $ 1,893,400.00 for improvements to Main Road, from Quarry Point to Bellevue.

This by-law received the approval of the “Ministère des Affaires municipales et de l’Habitation” on August 25^th, 2022.

This by-law comes into force in accordance with the Law.

This by-law is available for consultation on the Town of Hudson website.
