PUBLICATION AND NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF APPROVAL OF BY-LAWS 526.6 & 527.2
On October 7th, 2019, the Town of Hudson Council adopted the following by-laws:
- BY-LAW 526.6 AMENDING ZONING BY-LAW 526 TO MODIFY PROVISIONS ON INTEGRATED RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS
- BY-LAW 527.2 AMENDING SUBDIVISION BY-LAW 527 TO INTEGRATE THE PROVISIONS PRIOR TO THE APPROVAL OF A PLAN RELATING TO A CADASTRAL OPERATION
The Regional County Municipality of Vaudreuil-Soulanges (RCM) has issued the certificate of conformity as required by Law on November 15th, 2019 (H 2019-05). This date indicates the coming into force of By-Laws 526.6 and 527.2.
These by-laws may be reviewed at the Town Hall, 481 Main, Hudson, during working hours which are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., from Monday to Friday.
