Get ready to celebrate the Hudson way: a day filled with entertainment, music, family moments, and outdoor fun. ☀️🇨🇦

Programming:
Benson Park
12 PM to 5 PM :
- Jumpaï (bungee trampoline) and other bouncy castles
- Creation of two live community art panels by Marion Ellisalde of Emberlume, in collaboration with residents, on the theme of Canada Day
- Face painting
- Foam party, airbrush activities, and other youth programming presented by Jeunesse 360
- Live broadcasting by RKR 101.7 radio station
- Henna tattoos
- Scouts BBQ
- Information booths from the following organizations:
- Hudson Historical Society
- Le Nichoir
- MP Peter Schiefke’s Office
- Hudson Fire Department
- Food vendors
12:30 PM / 1:30 PM / 2:30 PM – Roving musical performance by stilt walkers
3:00 PM – 3:45 PM – Clown show
4:00 PM – 4:30 PM
- Official ceremony and flag-raising with elected officials
- Featuring the Hudson Community Choir and Hudson Young Voices performing O Canada and additional songs
5:00 PM: End of programming

5:30 PM: Site opens
7 PM – 11 PM: Laser Tag and Glow-themed activities for youth and families.
7:00 PM: The Quebec Association for Folk Recreation (Association Québécoise du Loisir Folklorique) presents one song from each Canadian province
7:30 PM: Installation on stage of the two 4′ x 8′ art panels created during the day by the artist and community members, followed by a brief presentation about the artwork.
7:45 PM: Irish dance performance
8:00 PM: Star Dance presents a country line dancing crash course
8:30 PM: Performance by Melt It Up Country Band, with dancers from Star Dance getting you up on your feet and dancing!
10:00 PM: Fireworks
10:15 PM: DJ set with DJ Truspin
11:00 PM: End of event
