Vaudreuil-Soulanges Palliative Care Residence Annual Walk, 2024 edition

On the path to humanity, s precisely what the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Palliative Care Residence’s Annual Walk is all about—every single step and donation of the thousands of walkers who have taken part in this family event, every year since 2012. This year’s walk will take place on Sunday, May 26th, 2023 at Parc Nature Les Forestiers de Saint-Lazare, located at 2800 Chemin Lotbinière in Saint-Lazare. Both young and old are invited to take part and enjoy the on-site festivities!
There’ll be entertainment for all ages! What’s more, we’ll be treated to a musical performance by Virginie Cummins, chorister for the past 12 years on the En direct de l’univers Program. And we’ll start the day energized with Djamboola Fitness.
Registration from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., Walk at 10:00 a.m., end of activities at 1:00 p.m.
Do you know the Residence?
In a calm, peaceful setting and a warm, welcoming environment, the professional team at the Residence provides free palliative care to individuals at the end of life as well as support services to their loved ones. Since its opening in September 2010, the Residence has provided over 2,200 patients with end-of-life care. 90% of our patients come from the Vaudreuil-Soulanges and Salaberry-de-Valleyfield areas.
