The boat ramp at Jack Layton Park will be closed from 11:00 PM, Friday, June 30th, to 9:00 AM, Sunday, July 2nd. This is to ensure the utmost safety of our residents and vendors attending the July 1st Canada Day celebration at Jack Layton Park,

Parking at the site will be reserved exclusively for vendors, artists, and site technicians.

Individuals with reduced mobility are welcome to use the park’s parking area as a drop-off point.

Vehicle drivers are encouraged to follow the signs to the public parking lots located at the following addresses:

• 32 Wharf Road (snow dump)
• 416 Main Road, and
• 499 Main Road (at Selkirk Street)

Wharf Road, from the water filtration plant (26 Wharf Road), will be closed to all but local traffic on July 1^st.
