REQUEST FOR A MINOR EXEMPTION FROM SECTION 505 OF ZONING BY-LAW 526

Lot 1 833 127, 69 Selkirk

The Hudson Town Council, at a meeting to be held at the Community Centre, 394 Main Road on Monday June 2nd, 2025 at 7:00 pm, will rule on a request for a minor exemption for the property located at 69 Selkirk and known as lot 1 833 127 of the Quebec Cadastre, for the following purposes:

  • To authorize a rear setback of 2.25 meters instead of the required minimum of 5.00 metres as prescribed by section 505 of the Town of Hudson’s Zoning By-Law No 526 and indicated in the uses and standards table for zone R-28.

Any interested person may be heard before the Town Council members with regards to this request at the Council meeting of June 2nd, 2025.
