PUBLICATION AND NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF APPROVAL OF BY-LAWS 526.19.1-2025 and 526.19.2-2025

On January 27th, 2026, the Town of Hudson Council adopted the following by-laws:

BY-LAW 526.19.1-2025 TO AMEND THE ZONING BY-LAW IN ORDER TO MODIFY THE PROVISIONS RELATED TO AIR CONDITIONING UNITS AND HEAT PUMPS IN ZONE R-31

BY-LAW 526.19.2-2025 TO AMEND THE ZONING BY-LAW IN ORDER TO MODIFY THE PROVISIONS RELATED TO AIR CONDITIONING UNITS AND HEAT PUMPS

The Municipalité Régionale de Comté de Vaudreuil-Soulanges (MRC) has issued the certificate of conformity as required by Law on August 19th, 2026. This date indicates the coming into force of By-Laws 526.19.1-2025 and 526.19.2-2025.

These by-laws are available for consultation on the Town of Hudson website.
