PUBLIC NOTICE
COMING INTO FORCE
Is hereby given of the following:
At the regular meeting of the Council of the Town of Hudson held at the Community Centre, on December 3rd, 2014, the following by-law were presented and approved:
BY-LAW 655-2014
Modifying By-Law No 554 loan concerning the treatment of filter backwash sludge and the filtration building
BY-LAW 653-2014
Modifying By-Law No 504 loan concerning the improvement of the distribution, quantity and quality of the municipal potable water network
BY-LAW 654-2014
Modifying By-Law No 505 loan for the construction of a wastewater treatment system
Those by-laws received the approval of the “Ministère des Affaires municipals et de l’Occupation du territoire” on December 23rd, 2019.
Those by-laws come into force in accordance to the Law.
This by-law may be reviewed at the Town Hall, 481 Main, Hudson, during working hours which are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., from Monday to Friday.
