Public notice is hereby given by the undersigned, Town Clerk of the Town of Hudson, of the following;

At its regular meeting held on Monday, May 5, 2025, Council adopted the following draft By-Law :

“BY-LAW 526.18-2025 AMENDING ZONING BY-LAW 526 IN ORDER TO MODIFY CERTAIN PROVISIONS RELATED TO NATURAL ENVIRONMENTS”

In accordance with an Act respecting land use planning and development (chapter A-19.1), a public consultation meeting will be held on June 9, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at the Stephen F. Shaar Community Centre, located at 394 Main, Hudson.

The purpose of this public consultation meeting is to explain draft By-Law 526.18-2025 the object of which is to modify certain provisions relating to natural environments.

During this meeting, the person presiding will explain the draft By-Law and will hear every person or body wishing to express an opinion exclusively on the draft by-law.

The draft by-law 526.18-2025 is not subject to approval by way of referendum.

This draft By-Law is available for consultation online and at the Town Hall, 481 Main, Hudson, during working hours which are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., from Monday to Thursday and from 8:30 to noon on Friday.

Please note that this meeting will not be live-streamed or recorded.  Residents interested in attending this meeting must do so in person.
