12 Jul Paving operations: July 16 to 26, 2024

Due to poor weather conditions, the repair work scheduled for the week of July 8th was postponed to the week of July 15th.

The preparatory work for Carmel, McNaughten, Reid, and Cedar streets will take place from Tuesday, July 16 to Thursday, July 18.

Paving of the streets below is scheduled for Friday, July 19, and Monday, July 22. Finishing touches are planned from July 23 to 26. All work is dependant on weather conditions.

During these operations, expect occasional delays, with alternating traffic when necessary.

  • McMartin, from Evergreen to the end of the street.
  • Carmel, from #28 to the intersection of Windcrest.
  • McNaughten, from Main Road to St Jean (excluding the public parking spaces).
  • Quarry Point, from Main Road to #51.
  • Reid, from Main Road to the end of the street.
  • Cedar, from Lakeview to #64.

IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS:

  • From July 16th to July 22nd, residents, visitors, contractors, etc. will be unable to park on the affected streets. Please provide your contractors and service providers with advance notice.
  • During paving operations, plan for delays to access and exit your driveway entrance.
  • Please drive with caution and respect all signage in place to ensure the safety of personnel working on the site.
