Souper Robert Burns

Robert Burns was a Scottish poet and lyricist (25 January 1759 – 21 July 1796). He is widely regarded as Scotland’s national poet and is celebrated worldwide. On Saturday, January 24, 2026, the Hudson Legion will host its annual Burns Supper in the Hudson Community Center. Celebrants will gather at the Legion at 5 pm, and the festivities commence in the Community Center at 6 pm.
Tickets are $50 per person and will be on sale at the Legion Bar (450-458-4882). They must be purchased in advance as there will be no ticket sales at the door.
So, mark your agendas, call your friends, shake the creases out of your kilts, get out your tartans and dancing shoes, and prepare for a great evening of good food, yes there will be haggis, entertainment and dancing as we pay tribute to Scotland’s national poet on his 267th birthday.
What better way to banish the January blues than good company, great music and a “wee dram.”
