REQUEST FOR A MINOR EXEMPTION FROM SECTION 519 OF ZONING BY-LAW 526
Lot 1 831 757, 179 Côte Saint-Charles
The Hudson Town Council, at a meeting to be held at the Community Centre, 394 Main Road on Tuesday September 3rd, 2024 at 7:00 pm, will rule on a request for a minor exemption for the property located at 179 Côte Saint-Charles and known as lot 1 831 757 of the Quebec Cadastre, for the following purposes:
- To authorize the height of the existing fence of 1,83 meters instead of the maximum of 1,2 meters as prescribed by section 519 of the Town of Hudson’s Zoning By-Law No 526.
Any interested person may be heard before the Town Council members with regards to this request at the Council meeting of September 3rd, 2024.
