PUBLICATION AND NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF APPROVAL OF BY-LAWS 526.4 & 571.3

On September 3rd, 2019, the Town of Hudson Council adopted the following by-laws:

  • BY-LAW 526.4 AMENDING ZONING BY-LAW 526 TO ALLOW THE SUBDIVISION OF LOTS OF SMALLER SIZES IN ZONES R-28 AND R-33 WHERE WATER AND SEWER SYSTEMS ARE AVAILABLE
  • BY-LAW 571.3 AMENDING SITE PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURAL INTEGRATION PROGRAM TO MODIFY THE SECTORS SUBJECT TO THE SPAIP

The Regional County Municipality of Vaudreuil-Soulanges (RCM) has issued the certificate of conformity as required by Law on September 12th, 2019 (H 2019-05). This date indicates the coming into force of By-Laws 526.4 and 571.3.

These by-laws may be reviewed at the Town Hall, 481 Main, Hudson, during working hours which are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., from Monday to Friday.
