PUBLICATION AND NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF APPROVAL OF BY-LAW 525.2

On August 5th, 2019, the Town of Hudson Council adopted the following by-law:

  • BY-LAW 525.2 TO AMEND THE PLANNING PROGRAM IN ORDER TO ALLOW HIGHER DENSITY IN AREA H2 WHERE WATER AND SEWER SYSTEMS ARE AVAILABLE

The Regional County Municipality of Vaudreuil-Soulanges (RCM) has issued the certificate of conformity as required by Law on September 12th, 2019 (H 2019-04). This date indicates the coming into force of By-Law 525.2.

This by-law may be reviewed at the Town Hall, 481 Main, Hudson, during working hours which are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., from Monday to Friday.
