PUBLIC NOTICE is, hereby, given that:
At the regular meeting of the Council of the Town of Hudson held at the Stephen F. Shaar Community Centre, on April 3rd, 2018 the following by-laws were presented and approved:
BY-LAW 525.1 TO AMEND THE PLANNING PROGRAM BY-LAW 525 TO IDENTIFY AREAS AT RISK OF LANDSLIDES
And
BY-LAW 706-2018 DECREEING AN EXPENDITURE OF $85,000 AND A LOAN OF $85,000 FOR THE HUDSON VALLEYS’ DRINKING WATER PRODUCTION SYSTEM
And
BY-LAW 527.1-2018 TO AMEND BY-LAW 527 CONCERNING SUBDIVISIONS
And
BY-LAW 701-2018 TO FURTHER AMEND BY-LAW 526 CONCERNING ZONING IN ORDER TO PROHIBIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MAIN BUILDING IN THE LOW-VELOCITY ZONE 20-100 YEAR OF FLOODPLAINS
These by-laws are available for consultation at the Town Hall, 481 Main, Hudson, during working hours which are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., from Monday to Friday.
