28 Feb Public Notice – Adoption of by-law 709.1-2018

PUBLIC NOTICE is, hereby, given:

THAT at the regular meeting of the Council of the Town of Hudson held at the Stephen F. Shaar Community Centre, on December 10th, 2018, the following by-law was presented and approved:

BY-LAW 709.1 TO AMEND BY-LAW 709 GOVERNING SPECIFIC CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATIONS OR OCCUPANCY PROPOSALS FOR AN IMMOVABLE (SCAOPI)

THAT this by-law has been examined and received the approval of the Vaudreuil-Soulanges RCM by adoption of its resolution number 19-02-20-37 at their February 20th, 2019 regular meeting declaring it in accordance with the objectives of its development plan as well as to the provisions of their complementary document.

THAT the certificate of conformity for this by-law was issued in Vaudreuil-Dorion on February 21, 2019 under certificate number H 2019-01.

This by-law is available for consultation at the Town Hall, 481 Main, Hudson, during working hours which are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., from Monday to Friday, or by clicking on the link below.
