13 Jun Overnight closure of the Eastbound side of the l’Île-aux-Tourtes bridge

The ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable informs road users that the eastbound side of the Île-aux-Tourtes bridge will be closed for the repair of concrete slabs. To limit the impact of this closure, work will be carried out overnight from June 13th to 14th.
Traffic management
From 10:30 p.m.Tuesday, June 13th to 5 a.m. Wednesday, June 14th
- Complete closure of Autoroute 40 eastbound, between exit 35 (avenue Saint-Charles) and the entrance from Chemin de Senneville, including the Île-aux-Tourtes bridge.
- The Highway 40 eastbound ramp to the Île-aux-Tourtes bridge will also be closed. South Shore users will have to take Autoroute 30, then the exit for Autoroute 20 eastbound and the Galipeault bridge.
- Detours will be indicated by signs.
In the event of unfavourable weather conditions or operational constraints, work may be postponed or extended over the following nights according to the same schedule.
