Expressive Art Workshop

Ŝunday, March 10th from 2 pm to 4 pm

Tickets: Adult: $30, two adults $50, free for children 10-15. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Shelley Hall has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from McGill University and has worked as an Instructional Designer and Training Specialist prior to becoming a SoulCollage® and MeCards4Kids® Facilitator. After using this process for over a decade as a therapeutic tool, she became a Facilitator to be able to share it within her own community.  During the pandemic, Shelley offered many online workshops with both adults and children including themes such as the Path to Personal Power, Mental Health, Anti-bullying, and Empowerment. She is grateful to be offering in-person workshops now within our community since 2022.

Together we will uncover solutions to living your best life!

You will choose images you are drawn to, then cut and paste them onto cards and begin to build a personal deck of cards or pieces of YOUR puzzle!

These cards can then be used daily as support when you develop the story that each image represents for you! You can learn in the community and then continue to create and grow in your own time and space!

We will also provide a safe space to return for monthly support and guidance with the SoulCollage®️ process uncovering different themes, and suits of the SoulCollage®️ deck and how to use your cards to find answers to the daily questions you have!

Give it a try, you might just discover something you had never considered before. It’s a way to listen to your Soul. Be guided by the stories that the Universe needs you to hear! What messages do your cards have for you? Create the Pieces of your puzzle, bring a friend, and watch how you can both THRIVE!!
