making a difference, one step at a time!
Join in the festivities of our 10th edition of our annual Walk!
That is precisely what the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Palliative Care Residence’s annual Walk is all about—every single step and donation of the thousands of walkers who have taken part in this family event, every year since 2012. This year’s walk will take place on Sunday, May 28th, 2023 at Parc Nature Les Forestiers de Saint-Lazare, located at 2800 Chemin Lotbinière in Saint-Lazare. Both young and old are invited to take part and enjoy the on-site festivities!
Registration from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., Walk at 10:00 a.m., end of activities at 1:00 p.m.
Who you are donating to
In a calm, peaceful setting and a warm, welcoming environment, the professional team at the Residence provides free palliative care to individuals at the end of life as well as support services to their loved ones. Since its opening in September 2010, the Residence has provided over 2,000 patients with end-of-life care. Approximately 89% of our patients are from the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region, but we also accommodate those from the Montreal, Suroît and Laval areas.
Help us meet our objective
The Foundation needs $1.4 million per year in philanthropic funding. Your steps and donations enable us to move towards our goal of $70,000 for this year’s event! Together, we can help our Residence continue welcoming patients who require end-of-life care.
