Public Notice is, hereby given by Susan McKercher, lnterim Town Clerk:

That the three-year property assessment roll for the Town of Hudson for the years 2025, 2026 and 2027, has been deposited at my office on September 13th, 2024 and may be examined by anyone wishing to do so, during regular business hours.

According to the provisions of Article 74.1 of the “Loi sur la fiscalité municipale” notice is also given that anyone interested in contesting the exactness, the appearance or absence of an inscription on this roll, relating to a property owned by himself/herself or another persan, may deposit a request for revision provided for at section 1 of chapter X of this Law.

To be admissible, such a request for revision must meet the following conditions:

• be filed within the fiscal year during which an event justifying a modification to the roll occurs, according to the law, or during the following fiscal year;
• be filed at the following address or sent by certified mail to: MRC de Vaudreuil-Soulanges 280, boulevard Harwood Vaudreuil-Dorion (Québec) J7V 1Y5
• be made on the appropriate form available at the above-mentioned location;
• include the amount under the by-law concerning tees of the MRC de Vaudreuil­ Soulanges for the applicable fiscal year.
