The Saint-Patrick’s Festival in Hudson celebrates all that is Irish! From March 13th to March 16th, local businesses celebrate with live music, product launches, comedy, and guest bartenders. Click on the link for the calendar of events: SIS Festival Calendar (soulangesirishsociety.ca).
A family-friendly tradition for over 11 years, the Hudson St Patrick’s Parade is back in full force this year. The parade begins at 1 pm on Saturday, March 16th, at Westwood Senior High School, goes north along Côte St Charles, turns east on Main Road and continues along Main Road, ending at the Community Centre. Street closures and restricted parking will be in effect.
If you are attending the parade, please plan accordingly, as vehicles will not have access to Main Road until the parade ends. If you plan on having visitors, please make sure they are advised.
- Emergency services will have access to the street at all times.
- Access to the MediCentre will be via the following route: Lakeview, then northbound on Cedar, and then eastbound on Main Road.
STREET CLOSURES – SATURDAY, MARCH 16th
- Côte St-Charles between Ridge and Main Road, from 10 am to 3 pm;
- Main Road, between Côte St-Charles and Beach, from 12:30 pm to 4 pm;
PARKING LOT CLOSURE – 15 and 16 March
- The Community Center parking lot, from Friday evening, March 15, to 4 pm, March 16.
- Parking is severely restricted between Main Road and Ridge. No parking is permitted along the detour route.
