PUBLICATION AND NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF APPROVAL OF BY-LAWS 526.3 & 571.2
On June 3rd, 2019, the Town of Hudson Council adopted the following by-laws:
- BY-LAW 526.3 TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW 526 TO AMEND THE REQUIREMENT CONCERNING THE ATTACHED GARAGE LEVEL
- BY-LAW 571.2-2019 TO AMEND THE SPAIP BY-LAW 571 TO AMEND THE PROVISIONS ON THE TYPE OF WORK SUBJECT TO SPAIP
The Regional County Municipality of Vaudreuil-Soulanges (RCM) has issued the certificate of conformity as required by Law on July 4th, 2019 (H 2019-02). This date indicates the coming into force of By-Laws 526.3 and 571.2.
These by-laws may be reviewed at the Town Hall, 481 Main, Hudson, during working hours which are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., from Monday to Thursday and from 8:00 am to 12:00 (noon) on Fridays.
