REQUEST FOR A MINOR EXEMPTION FROM SECTION 505 OF ZONING BY-LAW 526
Proposed lot 6 633 047 (current lot 6 152 891) Cameron Avenue
The Hudson Town Council, at a meeting to be held at the Community Centre, 394 Main Road on Monday June 3rd, 2024 at 7:00 pm, will rule on a request for a minor exemption for a property located on Cameron and known as proposed lot 6 633 047 (current lot 6 152 891) of the Quebec Cadastre, for the following purposes:
- To authorize a right-side setback of 4.10 meters instead of the required minimum of 5.00 metres as prescribed by section 505 of the Town of Hudson’s Zoning By-Law No 526 and indicated in the uses and standards table for zone R-61;
Any interested person may be heard before the Town Council members with regards to this request at the Council meeting of June 3rd, 2024.
