REQUEST FOR A MINOR EXEMPTION FROM SECTION 505 OF ZONING BY-LAW 526

Lot 1 833 839, 15 Quarry Point

The Hudson Town Council, at a meeting to be held at the Community Centre, 394 Main Road on Monday November 4, 2024 at 7:00 pm, will rule on a request for a minor exemption for the property located at 15 Quarry Point and known as lot 1 833 839 of the Quebec Cadastre, for the following purposes:

  • To authorize a right-side setback of 3,70 metres instead of the required minimum of 4,50 metres as prescribed by section 505 of the Town of Hudson’s Zoning By-Law  No 526 and indicated in the uses and standards table for zone R-13.

Any interested person may be heard before the Town Council members with regards to this request at the Council meeting of November 4, 2024
