On September 2nd, 2025, the Town of Hudson Council adopted the following by-law:

BY-LAW 529.3-2025 AMENDING BY-LAW 529 CONCERNING PERMITS AND CERTIFICATES IN ORDER TO MODIFY THE REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING PERMITS

The Municipalité Régionale de Comté de Vaudreuil-Soulanges (MRC) has issued the certificate of conformity as required by Law on October 3rd, 2025. This date indicates the coming into force of By-Law 529.3-2025.
