On November 6th, 2023, the Town of Hudson Council adopted the following by-law:

• BY-LAW 16 AMENDING ZONING BY­ LAW 526 TO ALLOW FIREPLACES IN THE FRONT YARD FOR COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS

The Municipalité Régionale de Comté de Vaudreuil–Soulanges (MRC)  issued the certificate of conformity as required by Law on January 15, 2024. This date indicates the coming into force of By-Law 526.16.

This by-law is available for consultation on the Town of Hudson website.
