PUBLIC NOTICE Is hereby given to the electors of the Town of Hudson by Mélissa Legault, Returning Officer, that:

1. The following positions are open for nominations:
MAYOR
Councillor – District #1 (Como)
Councillor – District #2 (Hudson East)
Councillor – District #3 (Hudson Centre)
Councillor – District #4 (Fairhaven)
Councillor – District #5 (Heights East)
Councillor – District #6 (West)

2. Any nomination paper shall be filed at the office of the Returning Officer, on the following days and at the following times and by appointment:

September 19, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
September 22, 2025, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
September 23, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
September 25, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
September 26, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
September 29, 2025, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
September 30, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

On Friday, October 3rd, the office will be open all day, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

3. If more than one person wishes to be a candidate for the same seat, you may exercise your voting right by going to your assigned polling station on the following dates:
Sunday November 2nd,2025, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
and advance polling will be held on:
Sunday October 26th, 2025 from noon to 8 p.m.

If you are unable to move about for health reasons and are registered on the list of electors as a domiciled person, you may ask your returning officer, until October 17, 2025, to vote in your room located in a recognized health care facility or in your home. The same applies to your caregiver.
