PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given of the following:

At the special meeting of the Council of the Town of Hudson held at the Stephen F. Shaar Community Centre, on September 16th, 2025, the following by-law was presented and approved:

BY-LAW 782-2025

By-law decreeing an expenditure of $9,648,136 and a loan of $7,648,136.00 for the acquisition of lots 3 080 938, 3 080 940, 3 080 941, 3 080 947, 3 080 948, 3 810 765, and 6 359 848 of the Quebec Land Registry in the territory of the Town of Hudson (Sandy Beach)

This by-law received the approval of the “Ministère des Affaires municipales et de l’Habitation” on December 17, 2025.

This by-law comes into force in accordance to the Law.
