PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given of the following:

At the regular meeting of the Council of the Town of Hudson held at the Stephen F. Shaar Community Centre, on July 7th, 2025, the following by-law was presented and approved:

BY-LAW 778-2025
By-law decreeing an expense of 1,518,000 for the replacement of a pumper truck and authorizing a loan of $1,518,000 for this purpose

This by-law received the approval of the “Ministère des Affaires municipales et de l’Habitation” on September 19th, 2025.

This by-law comes into force in accordance to the Law.
