THAT a special meeting of the Council will be held at the Stephen F. Shaar Community Centre, on Monday, December 15, 2025 at 7:00 p.m, pertaining to the adoption of the 2026 budget and the three-year program of capital expenditures for the years 2026-2027-2028.

Council deliberations and the question period at this meeting will deal exclusively with these two items.

This notice is given in accordance with section 474.2 of the Cities and Towns Act.

Residents will be able to attend the meeting in person or access the meeting by videoconference via the Zoom platform using this hyperlink. You can also consult a video recording of the session, which will be made available later on the Town website.

In addition to a live question period in person, citizens may also submit their questions in writing until 3:00 PM on the day of the assembly. They can be transmitted by email to (info@ville.hudson.qc.ca) or dropped off at the Town Hall letterbox. Please keep your questions concise to a similar form as would be the case if the questions were verbal.
