Good news! Permits are no longer required to hold a garage sale.
However, garage sales can only be held on the following dates in 2026:
The weekend of la Journée des patriotes (Victoria Day weekend), May 16-18,
The weekend of the first Saturday in June, June 6-7,
Labour Day weekend, September 5-7, and
The weekend of the last Saturday in September, September 26-27.
Residents are invited to include their garage sale on the interactive map, which will be publicized through the Town’s communication channels. Registration opens on April 1st, 2026.
