Public Notice – Publication and notice of issuance of approval of by-laws 767.1-2024, 767.2-2024 and 772-2024

On December 2nd, 2024, the Town of Hudson Council adopted the following by-laws:

BY-LAW 767.1-2024 AMENDING:

  • ZONING BY-LAW 526;
  • SUBDIVISION BY-LAW 527;
  • PERMITS AND CERTIFICATES BY-LAW 529;
  • SITE PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURAL INTEGRATION PROGRAMS (SPAIP) BY-LAW 571.

BY-LAW 767.2-2024 AMENDING:

  • ZONING BY-LAW 526;
  • PERMITS AND CERTIFICATES BY-LAW 529;

BY-LAW 772-2024 ON COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

The Municipalité Régionale de Comté de Vaudreuil-Soulanges (MRC) has issued the certificate of conformity as required by Law on January 15th, 2025.  This date indicates the coming into force of By-Laws 767.1-2024, 767.2-2024 and 772-2024.

By the coming into force of By-Laws 767.1-2024, 767.2-2024 and 772-2024, By-Law 750-2022: Establishing a moratorium on certain urban planning operations ceases to have effect in accordance with section 112.7 of the Act respecting land use planning and development. (CQLR chapter A-19.1).

The «Règlement de contrôle intérimaire de la communauté métropolitaine de Montréal numéro 2022-96 concernant les milieux naturels» does not cease to have effect.
