REQUEST FOR A MINOR EXEMPTION FROM SECTION 304 OF ZONING BY-LAW 526
Lot 1 831 689, 796 Main Road
The Hudson Town Council, at a meeting to be held at the Community Centre, 394 Main Road on Monday August 5, 2024 at 7:00 pm, will rule on a request for a minor exemption for a property located at 796 Main Road, and known as lot 1 831 689 of the Quebec Cadastre, for the following purposes:
To authorize a front setback of 10.50 meters instead of the required minimum of 10.96 metres as prescribed by section 304 of the Town of Hudson’s Zoning By-Law No 526.
Any interested person may be heard before the Town Council members with regards to this request at the Council meeting of August 5, 2024.
