PUBLICATION AND NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF APPROVAL OF BY-LAW 525.3-2021

On February 24th, 2022, the Town of Hudson Council adopted the following by-law:

• BY-LAW 525.3-2021 TO FURTHER AMEND THE TOWN OF HUDSON PLANNING PROGRAM – PROTECTION OF NATURAL AREAS

The Municipalité Régionale de Comté de Vaudreuil-Soulanges (MRC) has issued the certificate of conformity as required by Law on April 13th, 2022. This date indicates the coming into force of By-Law 525.3-2021.

This by-law is available for consultation on the Town of Hudson website.
