Spring flood update – Monday April 22nd 2019

The Town of Hudson continues to mobilize.

RIVERSIDE RESIDENTS: The dedicated phone number: 450-458-4011 remains operational 24/7.

SANDBAGS AVAILABLE: Town employees will be at the municipal garage, 529 Main, on Tuesday April 23rd  from 8 am – 8 pm to lend a hand to riverside residents who come to fill and collect sandbags. Property owners are strongly advised to bring shovels and manpower to help with filling their sandbags.

NO VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED ON TUESDAY, APRIL 23rd.

WATER LEVEL:  The water continues to rise, albeit at a reduced rate. Water levels are expected to continue to rise slowly today and possibly tomorrow. The estimated water level in the Lake of Two Mountains in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue over the next few days is: April 22: 24.24 m, April 23: 24.27 m, April 24: 24.29 m.
