REQUEST FOR A MINOR EXEMPTION FROM ARTICLE 405 OF ZONING BY-LAW NO 526
LOT 1 833 928,
The Hudson Town Council, at a meeting to be held at the Community Centre, 394 Main Road on Monday, October 1st, 2018 at 7:30 pm, will rule on a request for a minor exemption for a construction project located at 176 Main and known as lot 1 833 928 of the Quebec Cadastre, for the following purposes:
- Authorizing a front setback of 9,82 meters rather than 12 meters, as prescribed by article 1405 of the Town of Hudson’s Zoning By-Law No 526 and indicated in the uses and standards table for zone R-10;

Any interested person may be heard before the Town Council members with regards to this request at the Council meeting of October 1st, 2018.
