REQUEST FOR A MINOR EXEMPTION FROM ARTICLE 504 AND 801 OF THE ZONING BY-LAW No 526
Lot 1 833 733
The Hudson Town Council, at a meeting to be held at the Community Centre, 394 Main Road on Monday, May 7th, 2018 at 7:30 pm, will rule on a request for a minor exemption for the property located at 120 Bellevue and known as lot 1 833 733 of the Quebec Cadastre, for the following purposes:
- authorizing a front setback of 5,61 meters rather than 6 meters as prescribed by article 504 of the Town of Hudson’s Zoning By-Law No 526 and indicated in the uses and standards table for zone R-3;
- authorizing that the rear setback for a shed be 0,8 meters rather than 2 meters as prescribed by the article 801 g) Table 7 of the Town of Hudson’s Zoning By-Law No 526;

Any interested person may be heard before the Town Council members with regards to this request at the Council meeting of May 7th, 2018.
