Public notice: adoption of the budget and the three-year program of capital expenditures

is, hereby, given that:

THAT a special meeting of the Council will be held by videoconference, on Thursday, December 16th, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. This meeting will deal exclusively with the 2022 Budget, in accordance with Article 474.2 of the Cities and Towns Act.

Citizens will be able to attend the meeting in person or access the meeting by videoconference via the Zoom platform using the hyperlink that will be available on the website. You will also be able to consult the recording of the session which will be available later on our Facebook page.

In compliance with social distancing requirements, the capacity of the Community Centre hall is limited to 40 attendees. All those in attendance will be required to sign a register, and to wear a mask when not seated. Vaccine passports are highly recommended.

Doors will open at 7 pm; entry will be on a first-come, first‑served basis.

In addition to a live question period in person, citizens may also submit their questions in writing until 3:00 PM on the day of the assembly. They can be transmitted by email (info@ville.hudson.qc.ca) or dropped off at the Town Hall letterbox. Please keep your questions succinct to a similar form as would be the case if the questions were verbal.
