A Barre class is a total body workout where you will find a mixture of ballet inspired movements, cardio, resistance training, core work, and stretching; all set to upbeat music where we will be using a sturdy chair as a bar. Muscles are worked to a point of fatigue and then released through stretching movements in order to tone and create long, lean muscles while burning calories.
