SUMMARY:Vernissage: Mona Turner
DESCRIPTION:Vernissage : Mona Turner\nHudson Creative Hub\n273 Main Road\nSunday\, February 8 | 2 – 4 pm \nThe Hudson Creative Hub is delighted to invite you to the vernissage of artist Mona Turner on Sunday\, February 8\, at 2:00 pm. Mona is a member of Artistes Hudson Artists group and participates in the Hudson and Region Studio Tour; she has served on the executive committees of both associations. Mona is an elected member of the Society of Canadian Artists. \n“Living in a rural environment and spending time outdoors observing and listening opens my mind to the myriad of lives and energies\, the buzz of a thousand umwelten. I watch birds that sometimes seem determined\, sometimes playful\, and I wonder what they see through their monocular eyes\, two views at once. With this series of paintings\, I explore not only the appearance of the landscape but also the feeling of being a part of it.” \nImmerse yourself in Mona Turner’s world and let her works carry you away.

SUMMARY:“Mom to Mom Sale”
DESCRIPTION:Hello everyone! \nI want to extend an invitation to all of you to come join me for the very first “Mom to Mom Sale” in the region. \nSaturday\, March 7th\, 2026 \nThis will be our first Mom to Mom Spring Sale\, and I’m so excited to bring it to our community. \nThis community-led event is for moms who would love to sell their children’s preloved items in an indoor\, organized\, warm\, and welcoming space—and for moms (and dads!) who are excited to shop quality second-hand items directly from other families in the community. It’s a true Mom-to-Mom experience. \nGarage sales don’t always guarantee foot traffic\, and that’s what makes this event such a great opportunity to give new life to all those items that have been sitting at home. \nThis event is about more than selling; it’s about bringing moms together and supporting local families. \n✨ 25 vendor moms\n✨ Gently used children’s clothing and other children’s items\nVenue: Stephen F. Shaar Community Center\, Hudson\, QC\n⏰ Sale hours: 10:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. \n✨ Gift Basket Raffle: Ticket per purchase + one per registered vendor and more… \nIf you’d like to participate as a vendor\, send me a message and I’ll happily share all the details with you. If you’d like to visit\, save the date—it’s happening and free to attend! \n Feel free to contact me for more details: \nCarla Vanesa Ruíz by message at Facebook.com/HelloCarla.ca \nOr\, visit the event’s Facebook page directly at https://www.facebook.com/share/174Rg2NTFZ/ \nLooking forward to seeing you all there!
